I'M JUDELINE.

Founder, Casimir Public Health Empowerment LLC Judeline Casimir is a public health educator, maternal health advocate, and community empowerment leader dedicated to improving health outcomes through education and advocacy.

With a Master's Degree in Public Health and years of experience developing community-centered health education programs, she created the Village Model™ to help prepare the next generation of doulas and maternal health advocates.

Her mission is simple: To rebuild the village and ensure families receive the support they deserve
